I stumbled across this in the library and I'm glad I did. This brief book follows the tale of slaves who end up in Scotland and the legal fight that declared them free.

I really enjoyed this. I don't know what I expected as I grabbed this on a whim from the library but it was pretty different from what I would normally read and I flew through it.
